Ginny Dobson – The British grandmother who went to help former ISIS slaves
Trauma specialist Ginny Dobson left her home on the Isle of Portland in Devon to spend almost one year helping Yezidi women who had escaped from Daesh in Iraq. UK aid supported her work through the UN Women’s UN Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women, which supports the Free Yezidi Foundation.
